Film: Peterborough Downtown Business Improvement Area (DBIA) and Peterborough Tourism present Movies at the Park - "Jurassic Park" (1993) beginning at 8:30 pm at Quaker Foods City Square (Charlotte St. east of Alymer St., Peterborough, K9J 8R9). Free outdoor movies every Tuesday evening from July through August. Movies will begin at dusk (8:30 p.m. in July and 8 p.m. in August). Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs and blankets. Local businesses will be offering snacks, beverages, and treats. In "Jurassic Park", a preview tour of a remote island theme park filled with cloned dinosaurs becomes a fight for survival when the park's security systems fail. Cost: Free.
