Lecture: Learning in Leisure presents Learning In Leisure featuring John Boyko and Dr. Jennifer Ingram beginning at 9:00 am at St. Stephen's Presbyterian Church (1140 St. Paul's St., Peterborough, K9H 7C3). The Tuesday morning Learning In Leisure series features two guest speakers each week for 10 weeks in the spring and fall. There is a coffee and cookie break (bring your own mug) in-between presentations to allow members an opportunity to socialize in a friendly atmosphere. John Boyko will speak on the topic "The Pursuit of Tomorrow: The Inventive Life of Sandford Fleming" and Dr. Jennifer Ingram will speak on the topic "Redefining Healthy Aging." Doors open at 8:45 a.m. with the audience seated by 9:15 a.m. The first speaker begins after announcements. Cost: $50 for full 10 weeks, $7 occasional guest.
