Discussion: Concerned Citizens of Peterborough present "Good Neighbours Deserve Answers" beginning at 1:00 pm at Peterborough Public Library (345 Aylmer St N, Peterborough, K9H 7E7). A community forum to demand a transparent plan for demolition of General Electric (GE) buildings on site and to discover what the future of this site will be. This event will screen the documentary "Town of Widows" by Rob Viscardis, Natasha Luckhardt, and Dave DeSario, with panelists from advocacy groups regarding occupational disease and the Canadian Environmental Legal Association, plus current politicians. There will also be a Q&A to try and address concerns of the public and chart a pathway forward to transparency with respect to the GE demolition. Cost: Free.
