Drag: Market Hall presents Priyanka - The Small Town Girl Tour beginning at 8:00 pm at Market Hall Performing Arts Centre (140 Charlotte St., Peterborough, K9H 7E8). Priyanka is an award-winning Canadian drag queen, pop singer, and television personality who made history in 2020 as the inaugural winner of Canada's Drag Race. Before rocketing to international drag stardom, she entertained audiences across the country as a popular children's TV host under her birth name, Mark Suknanan. Known for her high-energy performances and her signature catchphrase, "What's my name?", she has successfully transitioned into a full-time pop superstar with tens of millions of music streams and major co-hosting roles on television networks like HBO. Priyanka has partnered with PLUS1 so that $1 from every ticket sold goes to Rainbow Railroad and their work helping at-risk LGBTQI+ individuals get to safety around the world. Cost: $35 for assigned cabaret table or tiered seating (plus fees). For more information and tickets, visit https://markethall.org.
