Peterborough's Patrick Steeves, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2022, will be making the 19,341-foot trek to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro in August 2024 as a member of Team Fox raising funds for the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's Research. As a member of Team Fox, Steeves must raise at least $10,000 for the foundation. He will cover the costs of the trip out of his own pocket.
