Marie Dressler Foundation presents Vintage Film Festival

Cost:$89 festival pass ($104 including lunch), $12.50 per film, $7.50 lunchtime film talk ($22.50 including lunch), free for those 25 and under

The 30th anniversary edition of the Vintage Film Festival celebrates "from the page to the screen" with a program of 13 classic movies including "The Wizard of Oz", "Gentlemen Prefer Blondes", "From Russia with Love", and "Rosemary's Baby", as well as the renowned silent films "Broken Blossoms" and "The Phantom of the Opera" (both with live accompaniment). There'll be movies based on the works of some of the most illustrious writers in the English language: Joseph Conrad ("Sabotage"), Charles Dickens ("Great Expectations") and Ernest Hemingway ("The Killers"). The festival also includes includes the Sunday lunchtime film talk, free admission for young people 25 and under, and free popcorn all weekend.
