A holiday production of the beloved classic film, as George Bailey looks back over his life and ultimately remembers what a precious gift it is. Adapted by Joe Landry from the screenplay by Frances Goodrich, Albert Hackett, Frank Capra, and Jo Swerling based on the story "The Greatest Gift" by Philip Van Doren Stern. The New Stages production at Market Hall is set in a 1940s radio studio, with five actors playing all the roles and creating all the sound effects in front of you, the live studio audience. It's going to be a wonderful night at the theatre. Evening performances at 7 p.m. from December 13 to 16 with 2 p.m. matinee performances on December 16 and 17. Recommended audience: 10+.
