A staged reading of "Pugwash" by Vern Thiessen, which tells the story of how the world's leading scientists assembled in Pugwash, Nova Scotia in 1957 in an effort to understand the devastating effects of radiation. The play tells of the bond developed between two local kids and two prominent scientists living with them for the conference.
