For the Harry Kitchen Lecture in Public Policy, Dr. Christopher Ragan, Associate Professor of Macroeconomics and Public Policy at McGill University's Max Bell School of Public Policy, will speak about a new way of thinking about Canada's public debt including when to be concerned that a shock event could send the nation back into the 'danger zone'. This lecture, which will also be livestreamed, takes place in the Bata Library Film Theatre.
