Large item pickup is intended for items that are too big or heavy for regular curbside collection. Eligible large items are defined as those weighing more than 13.6 kg (30 lbs) and longer than 1 m (3 ft). For the remainder of 2026, large item pickup is available at no cost. Collections must be booked in advance by the Tuesday before the selected collection week (June 16 for June 22 collection week, July 21 for July 27 collection week, August 18 for August 24 collection week, and September 22 for September 28 collection week). Residents can select a collection week when booking and place eligible items at the curb during the designated set-out time for collection.
