Authors and tenant organizers Cole Webber and Philip Zigman launch their book "Renoviction and Resistance in the Capitalist City (Between the Lines)", which examines how landlords use legal and extra-legal tactics to displace tenants and increase rents. The authors explore the government policies and rental-housing structures that enable renovictions and discuss collective organizing strategies tenants can use to resist eviction.
