Habitat for Humanity Peterborough and District is a non-profit, non-denominational Christian housing organization. We welcome partners without discrimination to help us build simple, decent and affordable homes with low-income families. We offer low-income families a hand-up, not a hand-out, giving them the ability to break the cycle of poverty through home ownership. The hand-up comes in the form of a 0% interest mortgage, with no down payment and geared to income monthly payments.
