      In "Making the Connections: A Retrospective" at the 2025 Nogojiwanong Indigenous Fringe Festival (NIFF), Muriel Miguel will share her journey from the streets of Brooklyn to her pioneering contributions to the contemporary feminist and Indigenous theatre movements in the United States, Canada, and around the world. Miguel is the founder and artistic director of New York City's Spiderwoman Theater, the longest-running Indigenous theatre company in North America.
