Peterborough police are investigating after a man was stabbed in downtown Peterborough on Friday night (September 27).
At around 7:45 p.m., officer were called to the Millennium Park area where they found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.
The victim was transported to Peterborough Regional Health Centre and then transferred to a Toronto hospital where he is in stable condition.
No information about the identity of the victim was released.
According to a media release, police have received initial information suggesting two suspects may have been involved in the stabbing incident.
