Northumberland Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) are seeking witnesses to a hit-and-run on County Road 28 that seriously injured a motorcyclist just south of Bewdley early Monday morning (September 21).
Shortly after 9:30 a.m., emergency crews responded to a collision involving a motorcycle and a car on County Road 28 near Ganaraska Road.
The driver of the motorcycle, a 53-year-old man, sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre.
Police are seeking to identify the driver of the vehicle that failed to remain at the scene of the collision, which they describe as a white sedan with tinted windows and possibly with a spoiler.
County Road 28 between Boundary Road and Ganaraska Road was closed while police investigated and documented the scene.
