Day Camp: Art Gallery of Peterborough presents Summer Art Camp - Stop Motion Animation beginning at 11:30 am at Art Gallery of Peterborough (250 Crescent St., Peterborough, K9J 2G1). In this week-long full day program, children ages 7 to 11 will explore visual storytelling through character development, set design, and hands-on animation and stop-motion techniques. Working collaboratively, they will create original characters and settings, then bring their ideas to life in short, animated films. The week wraps up with a celebratory screening of the finished projects at a camp movie premiere, complete with popcorn and refreshments. Cost: $225 ($202.50 for AGP Tier 3 and members).
