Community Counselling & Resource Centre presents "Healthy Self-Esteem for Women"

Self esteem is needed for wellness, personal growth and positive relationships. This group teaches the concepts and skills needed to rebuild or strengthen healthy self-esteem. The group has 3 main goals: "Getting to know ourselves" - to increase our self-awareness, to understand our feelings and to clarify our needs, "Getting to like ourselves" - to develop a fair and accurate self-image and enhance self-acceptance and self-compassion and "Learning better skills for having better relationships" - to gain skills and to acquire a sense of personal empowerment. Pre-registration is required, space is limited. Enrollment requires attendance at the first group session and a commitment to attend all sessions. This session begins April 10th and runs for 10 weeks. This workshop is also offered on Tuesday afternoons starting April 9th.
