Peterborough GreenUP presents Spring Stewardship Days: Pruning and Mulching - Roland Glover Community Orchard

Volunteer-led Community Orchard Stewards will work together to prep fruit trees at Peterborough community orchards for a great growing season. Meet the trees, learn about the project and how to get involved, learn the basics of pruning, help spread mulch and haul water, and learn how community orchards and food forests are good for all. Sessions take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on April 5, 12, and 19. For this session, meet at Roland Glover Community Orchard at Leahy's Ln., after which the session will move on to Dominion Park Community Orchard.
