This online course covers traditional navigation, global positional, magnetic compass and cruise charting using paper charts. There is also a section on electric chart plotters and other deviscs. Boat handling topics includes operator and crew responsibilities, on board emergencies, collision avoidance, weather, docking/undocking techniques, and anchoring.
