Starting from Oakwood Lions Mariposa Community Hall, cyclists can choose from five scenic routes each showcasing the natural beauty of the Kawartha Lakes region: 20 km (road or trail options), 50 km, 70 km gravel, 100 km, and 160 km with staggered start times (100 and 160 km routes start at 8 a.m.). Whether you're a seasoned cyclist or a family looking for a fun and active day outdoors, there's a route for everyone. All proceeds support emergency shelter services for individuals and families in Kawartha Lakes and the County of Haliburton experiencing homelessness. Also featuring pre-ride music by Westerby Entertainment, a post-ride lunch featuring pizza and Caesar salad from Boston Pizza in Lindsay and dessert from Kawartha Wholesale Bakery (included with registration fee), and a cash bar by Oakwood & District Lions Club.
