Located in Peterborough Square, the clinic services registered clients through the Health Care Connect program and through partnerships with social agencies such as the Canadian Mental Health Association. The clinic offers a comprehensive interdisciplinary team model that includes nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers, a registered dietician and physician collaboration.
