Agilec (formerly Northern Lights Canada) was established in 1985 in response to requests from the Ministry of Community and Social Services (Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program) to provide short-term vocational assessment, training, and job placement services in rural areas of Ontario. Today, Northern Lights Peterborough offers many programs including, The First Step, Employment Exploration, Job Search Strategies and Strategies for Success.
