Harden & Huyse Chocolates (H&H Belgian Chocolatiers) opened in Saskatoon in the fall of 1984 and now also has locations in Regina and Cobourg. The family-owned -and-operated manufacturing plant follows the old methods of chocolate-making, as developed over generations in Belgium. The Cobourg location is operated by Claude and Charlene Hardenne, sister Jennifer and partner Frederic Picard.
