I’m a great believer in luck. The harder I work, the more luck I have.
Peer Christensen has been working professionally in the medium of oil paint for more than 25 years, with paintings of commonplace objects, urban and industrial landscapes, floral studies, still life, and atmospheric night scenes.
He has been involved in the gallery and picture framing business for over 30 years, establishing his own business in Peterborough, Christensen Fine Art.
He is sought out for his knowledge of art conservation and framing, contributing to institutions such as the Art Gallery of Peterborough and the Peterborough Museum and Archives.

The Greater Peterborough Health Services Foundation presents “What doesn’t break you makes you stronger” the fifth annual Peterborough SPEAKS series, on Wednesday, April 15, 2014 at The Market Hall (140 Charlotte St., Peterborough).
Doors open at 5:30 p.m. with pre-show entertainment with Christopher Dallo and Brian Roman featuring emcee Linda Kash. Speakers begin at 7 p.m. in a question-and-answer format with interviewers Stuart Harrison and Michelle Ferreri.
