Local social media personality and communications professional Tiffany Arcari will chair United Way Peterborough & District’s 2026-27 community campaign cabinet.
Newly appointed United Way CEO Jason Seguya made the announcement at the non-profit organization’s office on Wednesday afternoon (July 15).
As campaign chair, Arcari will lead more than 20 volunteers in championing the United Way’s 85th annual fundraising campaign by inspiring philanthropy and developing new community connections.
“Tiffany brings an incredible energy that lights up every room, but even more importantly, she brings a deep and genuine commitment to our community,” Seguya said in a media release.
“Her dedication is reflected in everything she does. She is a true neighbour, friend, and community superstar, and we are thrilled to follow her leadership in this year’s campaign.”
A longtime Peterborough resident, Arcari is the community manager at Gauvreau Accounting Tax Law Advisory and the host and producer of The Tiffany Show, which highlights local people and their stories through television, digital media, and live events.

She also founded The Tiffany Show’s annual International Women’s Day Party and received the Luminary Award for Emerging Entrepreneur in 2025.
Arcari first became involved with United Way Peterborough & District as a judge for the Ultimate Burger Battle, a fundraising initiative launched last fall in support of the organization’s 2025 campaign.
She subsequently promoted the organization and its campaign online and at community events. Arcari also hosted a donation drive for United Way’s Period Promise initiative during her International Women’s Day event, collecting almost 10,000 menstrual products.
“I said yes because I firmly believe that no one should have to face life’s hard moments alone,” Arcari said of accepting the campaign chair position. “The United Way shows us what is possible when neighbours choose to stand beside each other. So, for me, this was an easy yes.”
Arcari said her years of telling local stories have demonstrated how readily the Peterborough community comes together whenever someone needs help.
“That’s what being a neighbour is all about,” she said. “My hope is that every one of us is inspired to find a way to be the neighbour someone else needs — and the United Way has a ton of opportunities to do just that.”
“The reason I believe so fiercely in this campaign is because people matter,” Arcari added. “Behind every statistic is a neighbour, a family, a story.”
“For 85 years, United Way has brought our community together to make sure people don’t have to face challenges alone, and I am honoured to help carry that mission forward as chair this year.”
