Charity Golf Tournament: Community Care Peterborough presents 5th Annual Gary Dalliday Memorial Caring for Our Communities Golf Tournament beginning at 11:30 am at Peterborough Golf & Country Club (1030 Armour Road, Peterborough, K9H 7H4). Named in honour of the sportscaster late Gary Dalliday, the tournament falls on the anniversary of his passing on August 10, 2018 and pays tribute to his legacy. All proceeds from this special event will support Community Care Peterborough’s Meals on Wheels program, providing nourishment and connection for seniors and adults living with disabilities specifically in the City of Peterborough, West Selwyn Township, the Municipality of Trent Lakes, and Curve Lake First Nation. The tournament kicks off with a BBQ lunch at 11:30 a.m., followed by a 1 p.m. shotgun start. Participants will enjoy 18 holes of golf, a cart, and prizes, followed by dinner and an awards ceremony.
