Workshop: Otonabeats presents DJ Workshops: "Beginner 101: Intro to DJing" with Chantal Glo and "Set Prep & Music Organization" with Purdon beginning at 7:30 pm at The Theatre on King (171 King St., Peterborough, K9J 2R8). Two separate workshops designed for different experience levels. Learn the fundamentals of DJing from Chantal Glo, including beatmatching, phrasing, transitions, and EQing, in a hands-on, beginner-friendly environment. Learn how to find, organize, and prepare your music for smoother, more confident DJ sets from Purdon, including sorting and tagging your library in Rekordbox, building playlists with intention, and setting cue points and memory markers for efficient mixing.
