Concert: Haliburton County Folk Society (HCFS) presents Jessica Pearson & The East Wind beginning at 7:30 pm at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 129 - Haliburton (719 Mountain St., Haliburton, K0M 1S0). Jessica Pearson and the East Wind is a trio featuring great harmonies, guitar and clawhammer banjo, with tales of outlaw heroics, matriarchal power, resistance and resilience, and unrelenting beauty of becoming who you are. Winner of Ontario Folk Music awards - Performing Artist of the Year in 2024 and 2025. Jocelyn Regina of Lunar Bloom will open.
