Fair: Port Hope & District Agricultural Society presents Port Hope Fair at Port Hope Agricultural Park (62 McCaul St., Port Hope, L1A 4H2). Featuring demolition derby, truck and tractor pulls, midway, livestock shows, horse shows, goat show, children pet show, petting zoo, sheep shearing demonstrations, homecraft, crop displays, children's games, talent show, live music, and more. Fair hours are 6 - 9 p.m. Thursday (midway opens 6 p.m.), 4 - 11 p.m. Friday (midway opens 4 p.m.), 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. Saturday (midway opens 11 a.m.), and 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Sunday (midway opens 11 a.m.). Cost: Free on Thursday, $10 Friday, $15 Saturday, $10 Sunday, $30 weekend pass, free for children 12 and under.
