Festival: Municipality of Brighton presents 52nd Annual Applefest in Brighton. To bear witness to the apple harvest at the height of the harvesting season, Brighton celebrates its annual Applefest festival over the last full weekend of September. Featuring a street fair from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, live music in Memorial Park from 9:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, a children's village at King Edward Park from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, a car, tractor, and motorcycle show at Brighton Public School from 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Saturday, and more.
