Auditions for the roles of Vanda and Thomas in "Venus in Fur" by David Ives, directed by Lisa Dixon with producer Kym Hyde and co-stage manager Marilyn Robinson. The play runs from September 18 to October 3. Auditions take place from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. and 1 - 4 p.m. on May 31 and from 5:30 - 8:30 p.m. on June 1, with callbacks from 1 - 4 p.m. on June 7. Auditions will take place in 30-minute slots in Studio A (Gwen Brown Studio). Arrive 15 minutes early to fill in your audition forms. There is no need to prepare anything. As the play contains strong language, sexual content, and themes of power, dominance, and submission, intimacy coach and intimacy agreements will be a part of the rehearsal and performance process.
