Owner Mike McGuigan offers over 15 years consulting on fitness and nutrition weight loss. You'll find 28 shakes and smoothies, a wide range of general health and sport supplements, and you can order in person or online. Massage therapy is also available.
Bistro in Bobcaycgeon
Lynn and Mark Wilson opened Bistro 49 at 49 King Street in Bobcaygeon after their son Mike agreed to join them in the venture.
Mike has worked under some of the finest chefs in Toronto and he brings his experience and what he calls gourmet comfort food with Asian fusion to Bistro 49. They use fresh local food and Lynn's art is on display and for sale.

Downtown culinary tours
Donald Fraser will be starting up his Farm to Table Peterborough downtown culinary tours soon.
The weekly tours visit six downtown businesses each week to showcase local boutique food stores and restaurants.
They run from June until September from 1 to 4 p.m., leaving from the Wednesday Farmers Market.
Donald is planning more tours including some evenings and East City tours.
