Peterborough police issued six tickets at the anti-lockdown protest in front of Peterborough City Hall on Saturday (April 17).

Four of the tickets were issued for violations of the Reopening Ontario Act and two tickets were issued for violation of the parks and facilities by-law that prohibits the use of drones in city parks.

“It’s also vital that we take this pandemic seriously and do what is needed — stay home and practice public health guidelines,” states the police media release.
