Two 14-year-old boys are facing charges after harassing and spitting on a woman in early August in what Peterborough police are classifying a hate bias incident.

Police say one of the teens was previously charged, along with three other teens, in a July 25 assault in East City that police had originally classified as a hate crime.

In the most recent incident on August 6, officers were called to the area of Spillsbury Drive and Sir Sandford Fleming Drive where they learned a woman had been followed off a bus by two teenage boys, spat on, and intimidated.
