Peterborough mayoral candidate Neil Morton is inviting residents to help shape his policies by participating in his "Together, We Will" policy series of discussions. "I'm listening to experts, people with lived experience, and people who have told me that emphasizing integrity and transparency at City Hall is their top priority."
