Fitness: Tri Kawartha presents 3rd Annual Treescape Chemong Lake Triathlon beginning at 8:00 am at Ennismore Waterfront Park (1053 Ennis Rd., Ennismore, K0L 1T0). A family-friendly event featuring a "Try-a-Tri", duathlon, and team relay sprint triathlon with participation medals, prizes, and medals for the top three male and female finishers as well as the top relay team.
