Festival: Town of Cobourg presents Cobourg Sandcastle Festival beginning at 10:00 am at Victoria Beach (750 D'Arcy St., Cobourg, K9A 4B4). Visitors can watch master sculptors bring their creations to life out of sand, participate in the amateur sandcastle-building competition, enjoy the inflatable fun park, experience beach entertainment, watch a movie under the stars, and experience Cobourg from a new perspective with the Hot Air Balloon Adventure Passport.
