A talk by renowned photographer, writer, and conservationist Subhankar Banerjee, Trent University's 45th Ashley Fellow. Banerjee's presentation will include striking visuals and compelling storytelling from his work in the Arctic, Mexico, and India. He will discuss how visuals can reframe our understanding of climate change and help shape a more inclusive and just framework for biodiversity conservation that honours the rights and needs of Indigenous and other rural peoples.
