Pilot project to expand TrentU Card program will help attract students to downtown Peterborough.
Taking place on Saturday, July 18th from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., Peterborough Pulse will close some downtown streets to motor vehicles and open them for the use of pedestrians, cyclists, roller skaters, and more. There'll be sidewalk sales, community activities, public art, and more.
