City of Kawartha Lakes presents Candidates' Information Session

All members of the public are welcome to join the session and learn about the roles and responsibilities of elected officials and staff, eligibility to run for various offices, the nomination process, important dates, campaign finances and compliance audits, and more. The session will also feature a guest speaker from the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing. There will be an opportunity for prospective and registered candidates to speak with election staff one-on-one to ask questions. The information session takes place in council chambers with overflow space in the Victoria Room. It will also be livestreamed on the City of Kawartha Lakes YouTube Channel.
